If a product is delivered damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement of the product. Contact us (gdmd.studio@wesign.ch) within 14 days of delivery for assistance with the subject "Return".

Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, color choices, or if the customer changes their mind.

Customers cannot exchange items due to sizing issues, especially if a size too small is chosen. Please review our size chart before purchase. Customer service is available to help with size selection. Note that measurements may vary by +/- 2.5 cm.

Incorrect or wrong address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot refund or replace the order as products are made to order.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not possible once the product has been made/printed. Please ensure your order details and address are correct before completing your purchase.
