Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

If a product is delivered damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement of the product. Contact us (gdmd.studio@wesign.ch) within 14 days of delivery for assistance with the subject "Return".

Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, color choices, or if the customer changes their mind.

Customers cannot exchange items due to sizing issues, especially if a size too small is chosen. Please review our size chart before purchase. Customer service is available to help with size selection. Note that measurements may vary by +/- 2.5 cm.

Cancellations

After the product has been made/printed cancellations are no longer possible, so please check your order details and address before completing your purchase. 

Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. If the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods since our products are made to order.
